Was ok. Kind of in a busy not very nice area of the city. The hotel seemed a bit outdated, but clean. It smelled like wildfire smoke throughout the building while we were there, but likely hard to prevent that, and the air in the rooms was fine at least. The staff were v kind and helpful.

Great stay, kids loved the pool and we adults loved the casino even though didn't win much,just for fun. Only wished breakfast was also included with thw amount we pay for the room not buying separately. Overall great stay.

Overall great hotel, spacious rooms, great staff and services. Only wished, it had guest laundry services and free breakfast should be inclusive as well with the amount we pay for each night. Thank you.

I do not think it was worth over $100 to stay here. Sure the staff was nice however, the bathroom is in need of a major update! The shower was awful! The knob fell off and the water pressure fluctuated. Not to mention the bad paint job as well.

Lots of parking. Clean rooms, we had a great housekeeper who made our beds, took the garbage and tidied up every day! The pool was a hit for my 10 year old. I will definitely come back when in the city

This property is huge which I’m sure makes the up keep challenging. However, the first thing I noticed was the lack of lighting available outdoors especially around the bushes and trees. I definitely was on alert while taking my dog out at night. The second safety concern I would identify is not needing a room card to access the elevator despite the casino having direct access to the hotel. Anyone from the street can walk up and access the rooms. I would say the overall cleanliness and lack of care is apparent in the details. Paint splatters over the wall paper in the bathroom, staining on the ceiling, horrible ceiling repairs with huge patches of plaster still visible. Ceiling tiles were also stained with water discolouration. There was mold present in the caulking around the shower base and pink water stain left on the shower curtains. The room was booked for 4 individuals and there definitely wasn’t any extras in the room. Pillows are clearly a hot commodity because our king size bed looked empty with only 3 pillows. I did however enjoy the iced flavour water available at the front but wish it wasn’t put away before 12am especially since the pool is still open! Pool hours are great and allow for adventures in Calgary and still have time to swim once returning to the hotel!

The food in the restaurant is pricey, I recommend if you can take the walk to Denny’s they have amazing affordable breakfast. We were a little disappointed we got in a 1am in the morning Tim our flight and they wouldn’t adjust the price, I thought this was slightly unfair as they charge extra if you stay longer , but won’t accommodate if you have a super late check in. Clean, kind staff.

We liked how everything was all there, room,restaurant,Casino and lots of parking. The rooms were very nice and extremely clean. The staff were really helpful and pleasant and surprised us with a beautiful 41st Anniversary gift. We were so surprised and grateful we can’t put it into words.
