The room was beautiful and very clean, and the staff were amazing.. everyone I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and helpful.
I’m giving my stay a 3/5 mainly because of a few issues with the room. The TV wasn’t working properly, and although the staff did try to help, unfortunately, the issue was never resolved during my stay. I also tried calling the front desk several times, but the phone in my room didn’t seem to be working, so whenever I needed assistance, I had to go downstairs to speak with someone at the front desk. I was able to receive calls but couldn’t make calls.
Despite those issues, I did enjoy the atmosphere of the hotel and had a great experience with the staff. I would definitely stay here again—I’d just hope for a room where everything is working properly next time!
