All was great with the room and access codes. Just had a hick-up when the elevator stopped working but was looked after quickly. However property owner notified us of the break-down they did not tell us when it was repaired so we just had to trust that the elevator would work for us.

"The staff was very attentive and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite which was amazing. Very spacious with a nice sized bathroom. The hotel itself is conveniently situated in Old Montreal making walking to restaurants and sites very easy. Also close to the metro. Highly recommend"
