"The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."

"The ensuite apartment is located at another building, just 2 mins walk from the reception. it is well equipped and very beautiful decoration. We had good time staying here. My mistake I overlooked that breakfast is not included, and it is not allowed to pay extra for the breakfast which disappointed us. "
