“The property is old but mostly clean. Unfortunately it was not as advertised. I specifically needed enough beds for four people. I reserved a room that advertised a king bed and queen futon. There was a king bed but no futon. There was a queen air mattress… They sold me the room with a “made to order full breakfast”. Apparently that’s only on the weekends. Unfortunately false advertising. I would have booked elsewhere had I known there was NOT 2 beds. And NOT a full breakfast.”

“I stayed there for a fleeting moment for my son‘s college orientation. The room was very nice. Slept like a baby. No sounds you might hear in a hotel - it was absolute silence. The owner was gracious and accommodating of any needs that I might have had. I would definitely book a room there when visiting my son at college.”

The staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive and the property is in outstanding condition. The food was great and our room (the Signature Suite) was luxurious. Highly recommend this beautiful property as the place to stay in Olean or the immediate surrounding area.”
