The front desk worker was indifferent to our needs and not very friendly. I was excited about the shower, as it had a beautiful rain head and body jets. However, the water pressure was non-existent and barely dribbled out, making it almost impossible to rinse the shampoo out of my hair and soap off my body.
On the first night before bed, I requested more coffee pods for our second morning. The front desk told me they would send some up in the morning because she didn't know where they were. Nothing came. I called front desk at 7:30 am and was told they were out and if I wanted some coffee from the restaurant, I could come down and get some. I requested they bring it to our room because it wasn't convenient for me to go get it (we were sleeping in on vacation). An hour later, after I called a second time, a staff member brought me-surprise-some coffee pods that magically appeared.
We were looking forward to breakfast in the restaurant the first morning, only to find out the kitchen staff didn't show up, so it was closed. How ridiculous!
Upon check out, I had to remind the employee to remove the $50 valet fee as we were told it was complimentary,
and also that the charge for the second night was incorrect. It was corrected.
$100 deposit per night instead of per a 2-night stay ($200) seems excessive.
We will think twice before booking here again.
