This home includes a spacious open main floor concept featuring a formal dining space for meal gatherings, a beautifully remodeled kitchen, family room, and a spacious front porch for relaxation. All perfect touches for maximizing your entertainment space! This space includes four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, sleeping ten people comfortably. Thoughtful touches of detail from exposed brick, beautiful wood work, and tile back splashes showcase the unique quality offered by this wonderful property. Upstairs: Three bedrooms (queen size beds) and one bathroom. Main floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, front and back porch. Stay near downtown Omaha
The property was clean but the couch and loveseat were completely worn out. The faux leather was shredded in places and completely missing in spots. When you sat down it was hard to get back up. It also isn't a good place for older adults as there is no toilet or bedroom on the main floor. It was actractively decorated.

Great old townhouse in quiet neighborhood
Perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 small children. 3 bedrooms and bath on 2nd floor, great bedroom and bathroom space in basement. Fully equipped kitchen. Parking on street or behind building. We were there for a wedding so did not walk in neighborhood. We were there to sleep and shower, and that we did, The building has good bones and owner appears to be gradually improving over time. There were a few minor maintenance issues, and they were fixed promptly.

Condo was nice and as described. A few things need fixed that are run down. Great location to be in center of everything. Could use new pots/pans for cooking for ones there were pretty nasty looking. Owner was very responsive on any/all concerns.

Great Stay, Fantastic Location
This property was priced very well with added value of the location and amenities. Our group was really only there to sleep, shower and get ready. Close to tons or restaurants, bars, Old Market, BlackStone. We had problems getting in the electronic keypad but Spencer was very quick to get us taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.

We booked both units to have 7 bedrooms of space for family attending a wedding. Worked well for having family hang out in either living room and spending time together. Location was great to be able to walk to most restaurants.

Fit the need
This place fit our needs: enough beds, decent kitchen, central location, etc. Although it has been updated, it is an old property and naturally shows some wear and tear. One important note: we received an email 3 days before arrival and it included instructions on how to enter. The instructions were wrong. Another line contained a link for an update with the correct instructions. This non-descript line should be displayed more prominently. I certainly did appreciate not having to do a lot of chores upon leaving. (Stripping beds, taking out the trash, etc., even though I did take out the trash)

A college students dream rental
It is frustrating to see the pictures online….that were taken Several Years Ago….instead Of the current state of the property. Neighborhood, was slightly questionable with some unknown activity on the same block. The porch you walk up to the front door has fallen in level about 3-5 inches, tripping hazard if you don’t know it’s there. The smell that hit you when you walked in was probably the most disgusting. The walls were painted back in the day, but now they are full of dirt and things that have been rubbed up against them. Inside the closets upstairs that held the towels, the walls and ceilings were falling down, the extra toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner were literally just thrown aimlessly in random shelves. The property’s plus is that it is in comfortable walking distance to the up and coming midtown area with restaurants and bars. The rental worked for the short period of time we stayed 3 nights…but if you are looking for modern and fresh…not one for you

Worked for us!
This worked perfectly for My husband and I and our 4 teenaged boys. We were visiting our oldest son/ DIL and our new grand baby. The kitchen is small, but worked for breakfast. We had dinner and lunch out most nights. The teens enjoyed the large downstairs space. We added few little things to the kitchen, cookie sheets, frying pan and oven mitt. Otherwise, it was well stocked including paper products. It was nice having laundry facilities. It does drain onto unfinished part of the floor so be sure to watch out for soggy socks! The WiFI was strong and so was the water pressure in the showers. Checkin and checkout was super easy. The location was good… a half mile walk to Joslyn Castle and 5 minute drive to Durham Museum and Old Market. Overall this really worked for what we needed!

Perfect for family zoo trip
We had a wonderful experience staying at this home. We were traveling as a group of 8; 4 adults and 4 children under the age of five. The rooms/sleeping accommodations were perfect and the house had lots of charm. The host/manager was very responsive and generous, even offered to make a special delivery with more batteries for the TV remote. The location was great as we were there specifically to spend a couple days at the zoo with our children and it was less than a ten minute drive. We were only there two nights so opted to order in our dinners rather than cooking (there were lots of close by options to choose from) after our long days at the zoo so I can’t speak much on the kitchen. It seemed to have all the basic essentials so we had more than we needed for our family weekend getaway. The dining room table was amazing as all 8 of us could eat together at the table with ample space. We also enjoyed the smart TVs in every room so we could wind down with a movie and popcorn in the evenings. Overall, we had a perfect stay!

Our stay was nothing but perfect. The house is located in an older neighborhood but looks can be deceiving, because we didn't encounter any problems while staying there. The house fit our group perfectly and we were able to enjoy our time there. We will be back.

Great attraction and high walk score
Property was just fine, it was undersized for 11 adults and there was zero counter space in the bathrooms, which need to be redone.. The place was clean and functional and the kitchen was adequately stocked and clean. Located in a working class neighborhood in transition. Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance and the downtown area had the best hip vibe with shops and restaurants that you could want. Our family had a good time with good memories to take with us.
