“Meine persönliche Erfahrung: an sich ein schönes Hotel in erster Reihe zum Strand. Allerdings wird wohl wenig Instandhaltung gemacht. In unserem Appartement z. B. Kaputter Toilettensitz, Fenstergriff, Duschkabine schummlig und kaum Geschirr in der Küche Es waren gerade mal 2 Weingläser da die bei Ankunft benutzt im Schrank standen!! Auf Hinweis, dass wir keine Gläser haben, bekamen wir dann 2! Gläser für 5 Personen. Täglich wurde der Müll in der Küche und im ersten Bad (aber nicht lm zweiten)……

“We unfortunately had a very challenging time during our stay. Several things were either broken or not working. For example in the bathroom, the shower door did not close, the toilet seat was broken and the top drawer was also broken. In the room, our fridge did not work and the air conditioning would randomly stop working. When we got there, the WIFI was not functioning but they gave us a separate router to use. On our last day, the water in the bathroom was not working either. ”

“The interior decor was great. Also, cleanliness and serenity of the place was also nice and the staff were incredible, especially the lady that served us in the restaurant on our first night, I didn’t get the name but she really stood out despite the language barrier, she genuinely wanted us to be satisfied. And the receptionist on duty on Saturday that helped us get French fries with our buffet on request. We had a great time in the hotel generally. Thank you ”

“The hotel is located on one of the best isolated beaches in the area. The water is very clean with rich aquatic life and picturesque rocks. The hotel itself is undermaintained: without any signs, no elevator, but plenty of stairs, some broken and malfunctioning gear. This disadvantage is compensated by very friendly and welcoming staff, which does their best to assist the guests. ”

“Loved hotel Eleven and the incredible staff and service. Food was fantastic - and the included breakfast had home made treats and a great, changing selection each day. The little pool under the olive trees with sun loungers was delightful. Hotel was just outside the busy beach area but a very short walk to the action. Petrovac itself is quite touristic and it was very busy and full of people on all beaches and main drags so having this little quiet oasis to come back to was appreciated. Take the……

Everyone was incredibly helpful, caring, and always had a cheerful attitude that made the atmosphere so warm and inviting. The hotel itself is spotless, quiet, and beautifully maintained. Our suite was spacious, extremely comfortable, and offered a stunning view that we couldn’t get enough of. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Another huge plus……
