The hotel was very clean with comfy beds. It's by a busy road but we still found it to be quiet..parking was easy with lots of room. It's in a good area and handy for down town and the hospital. There is no breakfast included but the price reflects this but the Perkins restaurant next door is good ...

Residence & Conference Centre - Sudbury North
It was nice to have two rooms and sitting area. This was great with small kids so we could put them to bed and still have an area close by if they needed us. The rooms were tidy and the beds worry surprisingly comfortable.

Residence & Conference Centre - Sudbury West
Clean and quiet room. Comfortable bed. Competitive price. Friendly, helpful staff. What more is there to like? I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Can't say anything.... Apparently was double booked so ended up finding last minute accomodations elsewhere... Check out other reviews before booking.... I did get a full refund thankfully
