Had a great time at this home. It is close to the road however my kids are older and we did not mind. Hosts answered all our questions fast. Cozy and comfortable!

Great Little Place

This farmhouse is old with rustic charm. The owners did a well job of fixing up the place. It was a perfect stay for our family and friends. However, the farmhouse is extremely close to a main road that the speed limit is 55 MPH, if you have litte ones

Perfect location for ASV families. We had a quiet week with the luxury of a short drive to the baseball fields. Carol was wonderful to deal with and provided necessary amenities to make our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again.

Overall, we loved this house. The street noise from the bedrooms can be a little loud but it was nothing that some ear plugs couldn't help. We'd definitely stay here again!

It really is a charming farmhouse. It has history but they have decorated it nicely. It has comfort and style. It is the PERFECT location for Cooperstown All Star Village. Communication was excellent all the way from when I booked, checked in and checked out, checkin/checkout was smooth, the house includes everything that is needed for a week of baseball/Cooperstown or just a getaway. Traveled with 3 adults but there is plenty of room for more.

Amazing location by the CASV park… right by a gas station too, which has snacks etc. the house was very clean and stocked quite nicely but it has a very damp moldy smell to it despite the cleanliness. I would be careful if you’re sensitive to that.
