“This is a property with a breathtaking view of the Ooty huills and valleys. The cottages are good although they now require a fresh coat of paint inside. Food is decent and the breakfast spread is very good and so is the dinner buffet. Hotel staff are helpful and response to the calls is quick. Hot water timings are restricted in the mornings and evenings but that's not too much of an issue. The hotel helped us with a immersion rod beyond the normal timings so that was very helpful. “This was the most horrible experience i have ever had. First the room i booked and paid for was not given. I was given a small room even though i paid for a big family room. The owner was so rude he said to cancel the booking when i complaint about the room sizes and refused to refund. This whole stay is a scam. The room was dirty and full of SPIDERS and Cockroaches. I would not wish this stay on my worst enemy. Avoid this place, camp in your car but not here”

“This property has an excellent view of nearby tea plantation, has good parking space once we drove up the steep ramp. However, the rooms were not ready even 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time. The staff were cleaning rooms; with beds from multiple rooms in corridors; unclean bathrooms, broken bathroom door. Overall, it felt like not managed by professionals.”
