It was clean , professional staff and comfortable room.

About a mile from the central station and 1.5 miles from the Duomo, we appreciated the easy access and the quiet of this wonderful hotel. The rooms are artistically decorated and lots of free and high quality food is served throughout the day. Would definitely recommend this place and return to it if I was back in Milan

We have been to Milan 15 times and always stayed in 5 star hotels at a big price.. Spadari-four stars and a very fair price- is a great Hotel. Do have dinner there. A small menu, but excellent.

easy access. Very nice hotel right out skirt of Milan. With a M 2 green line easily leads u thercin less than 25 min from center. It is a half size city than NY ! Huge selection of buffet Bruch ! It takes only 1 transfer to reach the world expo! Less than one hour, u get to the expo!

I won't be able to say enough, the welcome, the facility, the staff, the location, the services, the food all go beyond expectations. This is truly a wonderful home away from home in a quiet neighborhood yet central enough to reach everything. The staff are beyond helpful and made our stay wonderful from the check in to the last moment. Thank you everyone. It is definitely on our list of hotels to recommend and to visit again. I had a wonderful stay at the Lancaster Hotel. I realized on arrival (after traveling for nearly 24 hours!) that I had lost my passport and the concierge was so kind and helped to call the cab company to try to find it. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was lovely and delicious. All the staff were lovely. I would not hesitate to come here again and would recommend to anybody. The only downside is it a little distance to the nearest metro stop but there is a tram that goes...

We absolutely loved 21 House of Stories Navigli. I do wish I booked a larger room, but that’s on me- the property is INCREDIBLE, so clean, so trendy, TONS of free surprises, and such great personality to it. We loved the breakfast and the pool areas, and used them each a few times. The staff are also super friendly. Definitely will stay here again!

This is our 3rd time staying here. Great location, staff go above and beyond. And this weekend they are opening a small bistro which will be great for pre dinner drinks or a light lunch, I’ll tell you once we’ve scoped it.

We received check in at 12:00 and check out at 13:30 the next day for 1 night, which is really nice especially after a long flight. The hotel is chic and very Milanese style which can not be fully reflected in photos. Walking to train station easily.

Should be more than 3 star advertised rating. All the extra stuff make it extra special. Will stay here every time I visit Milan
