We got an envelope with instructions to get into the apt and the door code. Two of the digits were transposed. The door lock freezes out after a few incorrect attempts, so we spent 10 minutes at 1am thinking we were crazy. We did eventually call the emergency maintenance #, and the guy did eventually read the correct code and we figured out what happened.
There was no soap for the showers. There were shampoo and conditioner bottles, and makeup remover, but no soap. We used the hand soap that night and the next morning, then bought some soap at Walmart. There were plenty of towels, but the little ones were stained with makeup (I hope).
The furniture selection in the living room didn't make much sense to me. We were in a 2 bedroom with queen beds, so it sleeps 4. But it only seems to sit 2. There is a side table, that has smaller side tables under -maybe stools? They didn't look like it, but my kids ended up sitting on them. There is a 2 person couch, but it's broken.
The tv. There is no cable, only streaming services. Which is ok - if the internet works. It didn't. It was spotty the 2nd night, then failed entirely the 3rd. I called the maintenance number, the guy said he'd check something on the first floor, then hung up on me. He never called back, and the internet never came on. So no wifi for my kids' tablets, no tv.
Also the stove didn't work. And there was a corkscrew, but no bottle opener.
Now, it wasn't all bad. The beds were fine, the temperature was good, fridge works
