“Great location on the lake! Lots of outdoor space for yard games and the pup. Nice canal with a large boat dock and a small dock that was perfect for some quiet fishing time. The house was very clean and well kept. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for 2 adults and 6 teenage boys. Not a lot of cookware or serving dishes, but boys don’t care anyway. We all enjoyed our stay. ”

“The house and property were in excellent shape. The pool was a definite PLUS, clean with nice sitting area poolside. The only negative was there could have been more dishes and a larger coffee pot for a place rated for 9 people. Otherwise, it was excellent!”

“The property itself is nice, the tiny home sits in the back yard of a ranch/farm, so everything is quiet.The tiny home is a little quirky - the bathroom floor is weird and unstable, and one of the ladders is a bit of a pain to use. The property is clean and tastefully decorated, with overall nice amenities.We were VERY disappointed to learn that the hot tub - the biggest deciding factor for us choosing this listing - was "out of commission". ““This was the perfect place for a family vacation! The home was comfortable and well-suited for kids, who especially loved catching fish from under the shaded dock. Having Michelle share details about local events was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more memorable. We’d definitely come back!””

“Had the best trip around mid June. The rental was exactly as pictured and the one time I needed something addressed, it was taken care of right away. The location on the river, can’t be beat. Very nice, long dock, we loved just hanging out by the water, right there. So many alligators to view. We would definitely book this rental again if staying in the area again. ”

“Our families brought the boats and had a great stay at this property. The house is a nice boat ride to the springs, sandbar, and the waterfront restaurants. We look forward to staying here again! ”

“Highly recommend this lovely home! Quiet location. Perfect for our family group of 6. It was clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Garage came in handy. King bed and Queen beds were memory foam and extremely comfortable. The front bedroom’s closet was not in use so we shared MB closet. We had no issues with keypad during our stay. Just needed to remember not to lock the regular lock as the keypad only unlocks the deadbolt. Excellent communication!”
