"Responsive staff let us know when EV charger became available and let us borrow a toaster. All rooms have a water view. Convenient location next to the ferry landing. The breakfast menu is limited to diy waffles and cereal. The level of cleanliness is increasingly disappointing. Room and property need a decent cleaning and touch up paint. We have stayed here multiple times, but may book elsewhere. "

"As always Snug Harbor exceeded our already high expectations. Our suite was exceptionally clean (amongst the best we've ever seen), the property is an absolute gem in its location, and it is so peacefully quiet. The only thing better than staying at Snug Harbor would be to buy waterfront property on Mitchell Bay. The staff remain some of the friendliest people we've met and genuinely seem happy to be there. There is nothing we would change about Snug Harbor."

"The registration staff was friendly and the room was very clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located - an easy walk down to the harbor shops and restaurants. We would stay here again 👍"

"Cozy room with a beautiful view of the bay. Parking is tight so find a good spot and walk to restaurants in Fairhaven. We visit Bellingham a lot so we knew to bring earplugs to block the train noise, you can't stay anywhere in town without hearing the trains."

"Everything was great other than our room we were in the south tower and our room 523 was quite run down. The toilet seat was barely attached, you can see something had been sprayed on the headboard and never wiped off, overall just showing its age. Parking, staff, casino, and food were all good. We'll definitely return but stay in the north tower next time"

"Parking on a sidestreet. Only one TV channel. Sheets stained, although probably clean. Shower water only warm, not hot. Steep steps. Filthy in-room coffee pot. "

"Ale Erter staff I would be arriving late, around 11:30 pm. Was told that would be no problem and just call the after hour number. Called for about 20 minutes, left voice mail but nothing. Had to book a different hotel, luckily there was another one open. Also sent an e-mail last night. It is 1 pm next day and still no response from this hotel. "
