This is a one bedroom, one full bathroom apartment that is 746 sq. ft. It is located on the second floor, giving you extra security. There is one assigned covered parking space right in front of the apartment and then additional uncovered parking that is not assigned. There is a private patio attached to the apartment. Easy access to I-15, the major freeway to access all of the Salt Lake, Orem, Provo and American Fork area.

Located right off of I-15, the apartment is tucked back in a quiet, peaceful space. There is a playground right located on the property. Near restaurants and shopping makes thing very convenient.

Security camera/recording device — Doorbell Camera - located on the outside, exterior, of the unit on or next to, the front/entry door. The Doorbell Camera is a motion-activated device which actively records any and all motion.

Perfect Long Weekend
This is my second time at this property. Everything is there that you need, and it is clean as well as comfortable. Host is very responsive to questions and concerns. The pool was closed this time, but the hot tub was glorious. There was a lot of dog waste outside the building, though, despite readily available waste cans and bags. Hopefully managers on site can send out messages to pet owners.

Everything was great. The host included coffee pods, which was a really nice touch. You have a beautiful mountain view from the couch. It was very safe and close to the expressway.
