"Room was clean Front desk friendly Parking was excellent Air Conditioning worked great Pool had way too many chemicals/chlorine in it. Grandson looked like he had a sunburn but got better after a shower."

"This look like it was a newer property, which is very nice, but we did have a issue. There were black bugs. Found one on the bed and the other in the bathroom, I’m assuming because the room on the first floor. "

"I was very surprised at the upkeep off the property and room, it was poor condition. Furniture of the room was not appealing at all, heavily damaged tables, the condition of the bathroom tub was horrible and looked dirty, I barely wanted to shower. There was hair that did not even belong to me on the floor when we got into our room on the bathroom floor, very discouraging to make myself comfortable in the room. I was very upset and disappointed as this was suppose to be a Hyatt hotel. I was shocked at the condition of the rooms. "
