“Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.”

“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“Stayed here on Saturday, July 11, 2026 as we were in town for a concert. Reservation was booked in advance.
Upon arrival was notified that the restaurant was closed due to renovations which also extended to the games area (which were both selling features when reserved).
Go to our room, it stank of cat urine and cat food. Badly. We put the air conditioner on and went to get our luggage from the car, when we arrived back in the room (Room 241), it stank worse than before. I guess the empty cans……
