Apartments in Orillia for Rent

"We stayed at this property for 3 nights during our recent relocation. Overall the location is nice, especially if you're wanting to visit Horseshoe Valley or Vetta. The apartment itself was as posted, with a small kitchenette (fridge and sink), and bathroom. Few minor cosmetic updates that are needed, and a few things missing from the apartment (face towels and bath mat) that would elevate the stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time here! "

"Property was amazing and we had a wonderful stay. Our original stay cancelled on us less then 24 hours prior to check in and Candice stepped up and helped us out. EverythingAbout the stay was great!!!"

"Overall the room was generally clean but there were definitely maintenance things that needed to be taken care of; dead batteries in remotes, dead light bulbs, cob webs in corners, garbage under the bed, fire place didn’t work, etc. Unfortunately the toilet did not work the entire time we were there and we had to cut our stay short. Now we are unable to get in contact with the owner to get any sort of refund for the trouble. I have been completely ghosted. "

"Bed was very comfortable, and the room was mostly updated. We were disappointed that there wasn't a microwave, even though it was in the listing, also there wasn't a kettle, coffee mugs and the other amenities were very limited. We had brought dinner to heat up, and had to eat it cold. There also was not a fireplace, or bathrobes; as stated in the listing. Communication with the owner also stopped when I told her about the microwave. Finally there are no curtains or blinds on the windows,...

"The surrounding area of the building is quiet and was good for a getaway. Host communication was good and thorough. However, basic amenities were not provided as listed, i.e. missing toilet papers, tv/tv remote wasn't working and power was cut off for a section of a unit, so we couldn't even use the kettle to boil water. There were 3 random pods of coffee left for use, but they were so random that at the end of the day, I wasn't sure if they were supplied to me or whether I was supposed to bring...
