"I paid a lot of money to stay in what I thought would be a great place over the Christmas and NYE with my family. I spent the first 24 hours cleaning from top to bottom and when I complained to the manager they said they would come back to me after they spoke to the cleaner. This never happened. Very clear that this is treated as a party house instead of a great property that it could be."
