“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“雖然房間係比較舊，毛巾偏黃，整體尚算整潔。床褥偏軟，環境寧靜，有泳池，池水溫度很暖，有早餐，不過味道一般。但總算應有的都有。性價比頗高。沒有投訴。 備注：停車場有個頗大的凹陷洞，需要多加留意。”

“Can't beat the price. The hotel and rooms seemed very clean. No parking fees, close to the highway. Front staff were very kind and patient. I would definitely stay here again. Reasons I didn't give 5 star rating We were told at check in that breakfast started at 6am. Next morning at 6 we went down and the front desk said it doesn't start until 7, but the vouchers they give you say breakfast starts at 6. This was an inconvenience only because we had to be somewhere by 7am. The pool is very……

“Fantastic hotel. Everything was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, modern, and provided great linens. Amazing gym. Breakfast in the mornings did the trick and the unlimited coffee. Lots to offer for the area around the property. I have stayed at this hotel many times and will be returning many times more! ”

“The hotel is alright. The place is run down. The pool is nice and big. But lots of people walking through the area. My son enjoyed the hippo scavenger hunt. Breakfast wasn’t bad. Bed was comfortable ”
