Everyone is helpful, professional, and smiles when approached. The lobby, the garden outside, the rooftop bar and the restaurant have spectacular views and top notch food, drinks, and wine. The Turkish bath in the spa is a must-try — it was the most relaxing experience we’ve had in a long time. "This is an amazing hotel. But this is one of the most rip off hotels I have been in. 1900 TL for breakfast that’s almost 50$ per person. Very uncalled for and not cool. That’s just pure rip off. Also they don’t allow food from the outside. So if you want to eat you need to go out and eat or use the hotels restaurant and get ripped off. "

"Our stay at Seven Hills Hotel was exceptional. We were offered a room upgrade to their largest room w/ view of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque from our windows! Both were in easy walking distance. We could not have had a better location in Old Town. Guest services were above and beyond. Our Concierge Ozzy helped us set up a private tour guide and Kadir, our bellman made us Taxi reservations at a good price. We loved staying here with the 2 person jacuzzi bathtub and the rooftop bar with fantastic views! "
