“This was our second time staying at this property. This time I had a one bedroom suite with me and 3 teenagers. We had a great time. We enjoyed the pool, the lake, games area, and our room. “The tub was very dirty and stained. The pool was very dirty. I told the front desk that our room phone did not work the entirety of our 4 day stay and she just said "is that your only concern?" And left it at that. They did not try to resolve the issue. Every time I needed anything I had to make the walk to the front office. I will not be returning back to this hotel.”
