“Beautiful view of the lake!”

“Danielle was a very attentive host proving support prior to our stay and throughout. The property was just as described and in a perfect location for our Okanagan Wine Tour. The property benefited from access to a lovely heated outdoor pool - a great place for a morning swim before heading out to taste wine. Would also be great for children who’d love the pool slide etc. The condo kitchen was well equipped and there was lots of towels and spare linen etc. I’d definitely recommend staying here.”

“We could not stay at this condo due to the active wildfire, highway closure and hazardous smoke. We tried to cancel 2 days before check in as we left the Penticton area early to allow evacuees to occupy our room, but this host refused a partial refund or cancellation, showing zero flexibility. They even kept our full cleaning fee despite the property never being occupied. By releasing our dates, the host could have rebooked to house local evacuees. Frustrated by the total lack of……
