"The reception staff were pleasant and helpful, but the cleaning staff hadn't refreshed cups or coffee filters, and unfortunately we only noticed the latter after the very short window during which reception is open. The lack of instructions on how to use the TV and other appliances is not helpful to international travellers. And the accommodation did not reflect the one pictured in Expedia. Our unit had a wall in front of it, so would not have been pleasant to sit outside. But the location is great! If we had had decent weather, we could have sat on communal seating overlooking the lake. There's a private beach with sunbeds. I had a lovely morning swim in the lake in the rain."
