Paradise Found!! Come and relax at this beautifully renovated home on the shores of Osoyoos Lake. Newly fully furnished, From huge couches, stainless appliances to granite countertops, no details have been left out. Enjoy the days on the 70 feet of private beach or just bask on the huge 600 sq'ft deck.

Championship golf courses and world renowned wineries are all at your footsteps. Enjoy the different varieties of fresh fruit grown at one of the many local orchards. This desert town is home to Canada's warmest freshwater lake which is perfect for all of your water-sports needs.

Other amenities include barbecue on the back deck, a boat launch is 30 seconds away and moorage on the private dock. This is ideal for group get-aways and business functions with the maximum occupancy of 12 people . Ask about our all inclusive watersports packages.

Beautiful location, house could use some updating
The location of this property is wonderful! Lakeside, only a 10 minute drive into Osoyoos town. The cottage is quite spacious and worked well for our group of 7 adults and one dog. The only negative is that the interior of the house needs some TLC and repairs ( For example: the top bunk bed, the shower, fry pans). Just a little sprucing up and this property would be a 5star.

Perfect, quiet, comfortable lakeside getaway
Perfect quiet location to host friends and family. Plenty of room, lots of parking and very well equipped kitchen. Huge deck with lots of seating, beautiful views, great BBQ. Enjoyed the firepit on the beach. Geoff was great to deal with! We stayed for a month and absolutely loved the cottage and quiet location! Perfect for bird watching (saw baby owls), wine tourism and biking (adjacent to the KVR).

Great lakefront property
Great location, great property, great overall experience. Sleeps 9 comfortably, loved that they allowed pets, we had our dog with us and he enjoyed the backyard space on the water. The place is nicer then what the pictures show and more open. Overall great experience.

Beautiful view across the lake. We ran away from the snow and cold in Edmonton area. The house is cozy wirh everything you need and the owner is only a text away and helped any time we needed it. Spent 2 months - it went by so fast - explored backroads and the wineries. Loved it!

Nice Beach House! Great host.
The beach house is nice, very comfortable. It has an awesome view, big deck with bbq. Geoff, the owner, is a great host, quickly respond to any issues and questions. He also owns ATB Watersports. We rented a boat and we had the best boat tour and enjoyed a lot of fun water activities. Highly recommend this place and will consider renting again. Thank you Geoff.

The pictures do not do it justice! This place was amazing. Massive deck with lake views and lots of patio seating. BBQ. Layout of space is perfect for everyone to be together. Boating offered by host is perfect - picks you up right in the backyard off the dock. Our group spends time in the Okanagan every year and this was one of the best places we stayed at !

A cute cottage on the lake
My friend and I stayed with our three young children. Very cute cottage with an absolutely beautiful view and nice big deck. Our toddlers enjoyed the little beach. We wished it was within walking distance to a playground or pool, or stores- but it is a short drive into town. Overall a lovely stay.

Even though neighbours were close it still felt very private. Pictures do not do this place justice. Kitchen is well appointed. Bed are comfortable. Kids had so much fun on the rocky beach. Owner was quick to reply when sent a text. Would consider this property in the future.

A great reflection with nature.
If you have been searching for the perfect place to make family memories with nature all around you, look no further. The Beach house is nestled right on the beach of Osoyoos Lake. Hidden just below fields of Orchards. Eagles, water fowl, and a abundance of birds can be seen right from the back patio window. You will wish you had your camera in your hand when you approach it. You will find the layout of the Beach house nicely appointed and will accommodate your family, and then some. You will find Geoff to be very helpful and available whenever needed. Great for families!
Came out for the Oliver Wine Capital triathlon and brought my 'cheering squad' family. We all had such a great time at The Beach House. The fire pit at the beach was a highlight in the evenings after such busy days. All of us were very comfortable in the house and the private dock was perfect for mooring our boat. Super accommodation,very clean,well equipped, quiet and friendly neighbors
We stayed in the Beach House for the month of February 2019, as we wanted to see what the local weather conditions are like in winter, and the off season rates on this house were priced well below anything we found that might even compare. When we arrived the place was warm and inviting with obvious recently and very well done upgrades. Modern kitchen with big stove and a huge jetted bath tub and extra large shower. Well laid out with 4 big bedrooms, however we only used the king size bed in the master. Very comfortable. Huge living room, and laundry room with large washer and dryer. Geoff the owner, is a very gracious host and came by and showed us through the place explaining the use of the stereo and entertainment equipment including the Wi-Fi, all of which were obviously very recent, and all worked super! Any questions we had or small issues Geoff was always available in very short order to assist. He keeps the house super well stocked with supplies for most everything we needed for a one month stay. We did all our own cooking and every utensil we required we found.Our small pet dog was anxious to walk every morning so we met many neighbors living year around in this quaint beach community. Unfortunately the weather turned windy and cold. However that was not totally unexpected and was somewhat offset by the great lake views, the dozen or so bald eagles daily soaring by, and of course the very homey and comfortable digs! We certainly feel comfortable in recommending the Beach House, and would definitely choose this place again. Geoff looks after his visitors and is a super fellow to rent from no hassle, worry free, true to his word! Ben and Shari Leduc Alberta.

Perfect cabin for a family get together!
We loved our stay in the Beach House! The cabin was well equipped and well laid out. The huge deck had more than ample seating for all of us (11 at one point)...and the view from the deck is truly outstanding! We loved being on the quieter end of the lake...the boat traffic was quite minimal. I was pleasantly surprised by that as there is nothing worse than having one's peaceful morning coffee/evening glass of wine interrupted by loud boat/seadoo noise! The grassy area shaded by a huge, beautiful tree was a wonderful place to take refuge from the heat...it seemed that there was always a good mix of sun and shade, no matter what time of the day. That suited both the sun worshippers and those who preferred sitting in the shade. We also enjoyed being able to take a walk from the cabin through orchards and vineyards...and loved having a fruit stand right up the hill! All in all it really was a perfect spot for our family to get together, and we will definitely be going back!
