Osseo Vacations from $1,024

Location is great. Rooms are clean and basic. The walls between the rooms are paper thin I could hear conversations.

One of the reasons I chose this location was due to its having an in-house restaurant/bar. That said, the staff were friendly and courteous, above expectations.

Room didn't look clean, dust on the surfaces. The shelf in the bathrooms where the towels and washcloths were, had visible dust on them. I didn’t use the kitchen, but the cabinets and handles were sticky. Spiderweb was on the side of the bed by the headboard, (I left it there). I wiped all the surfaces, and my wipe was dirty. We were not told the front elevator was out of order, and we had a long way to walk to the back elevator and then another long walk to our room. My husband has mobility problems, and it was a very difficult walk for him, at least we could have been notified. And when I mentioned to the person at the front desk about maybe having another room closer, she said she didn’t assign the rooms and didn’t even check. My husband forgot his toothbrush and this is the only hotel that we have stayed at, didn’t have one to give to us, but they had it for sale. No USB ports in the room. Breakfast was ok.
