The cottage was acceptable except for the bed ..the picture on the website was not the room they were going to give us. Check-in said tell them you’re renting the front living room . There was just enough room for the bed and the toilet squeezed between two walls."

"The place has a special ambiance, the cabin names are perfect for people with kids. It’s important to remember that these are like little cabins and not the type of room you might expect from the big hotel chains. Their price is very competitive for what you get. Unfortunately we had to leave before the restaurant opened in the morning. So I can’t comment on the food that was offered. If I’m ever in the Alpena area again I will try to book with them first."
