"Dont be put off by the derelict appearance of the building. Once safely inside your room it is delightfully modern and comfortable. Inner city location is great. Staff are good. Breakfast is hot but basic, and lacks taste. Parking is a disaster - never enough. The hotel is old, run down and badly in need of a renovation. But the rooms are fine, rates are reasonable, location is perfect."

"It's a good opportunity to stay in a historic property. Gardens are beautiful, I would recommend booking the latest dinner options, it is more quiet and you will get an opportunity to do some star gazing. Room was so extremely small, but decently comfortable. Shower rooms are tiny and not too comfortable. Staff was overall ok, but some were really not helpful. Parking was difficult, as the parking lot was really tight. Overall an interesting experience."
