"El cuarto limpio , y las instalaciones pero el primer dia el personal de recepcion , me dijeron que encontraron una toalla pintada . Eso me parecio de mal gusto y poca delicadeza . Le pedi que me la mostraran y llamo al personal de limpieza, resulta que segun la mancha ya habia sido lavada. Ni siquiera en los hoteles de 5 estrellas te tratan asi , eso no me gusto, poco tacto para tocar el tema, aunque yo como huésped la hubiera pintado hay formas de cobrar esos errores , tache no me gusto"

"Our family stayed at this property for 3 nights and we loved it. We were greet and checked-in by a loving slim young man. Over all Staff was great, always smiling,friendly and respectful. big shout to the housekeepers for the huge work they do on a daily basis at the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again ."
