Hotel muy mal administrado, pagué habitación y incluían desayuno el cual nunca tuve por qué su chef no estaba, no tienen ningún alimento y no les queda nada cerca lo cual hace imposible l estadía. Entran personas por daypass pero dejan todas las mesas con los refrescos y bolsas tiradas en la mesa y el personal que es una sola persona no lo limpia. Nadie realizó la limpieza de la habitación. Pedí mi reembolso y no lo realizaron. Me apena por qué el lugar bien administrado con servicio podría ser una buena opción pero así no es ni siquiera posible para hospedarse. Si quisiera ver que se puede solucionar de todo

Very nice and quiet hotel. If you want peace, this is the place with no TV but excelent WiFi Breakfast is included and it is more than complete and delicious. Very good experience for me and my family. All personnel is very kind and in the restaurant the service is awesome.

Lovely hotel right on the lagoon. Quiet and peaceful, great for relaxing and enjoying a quiet stay with family. Our room was spacious and the staff accommodated an extra mattress in the room for our son. Room was clean but they do need to pay attention to details...like dusting tables, and removing stains in the shower walls and floor but other than that it was ok. Ac worked perfectly and we han an amazing view to the lagoon. Hotel restaurant is small with a few options to eat, good for breakfast or a quick meal at the hotel, it takes a little time to eat when they have two or more tables waiting though. We booked a private tour with the hotel and it was a great experience for us. They included fruits and drinks in the price. The staff was very friendly and informative, the captain of the boat Emmanuel and his crew Mariano were very friendly and patient with our child and quite informative during the excursion. The hotel has a nice, clean pool where you can relax and enjoy a great view. You can swim in the lagoon from their dock, they have kayaks at no extra cost. Would recommend staying here.

The location was good. The staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was a little difficult was the uphill to get to my room.
