First it was very far from the downtown, we stay for 4 day , 3 nights and we did not have hot water until the last day, not to much to do in the hotel, and they were Always asking if we wanted the cline roon

Very nice and quiet hotel. If you want peace, this is the place with no TV but excelent WiFi Breakfast is included and it is more than complete and delicious. Very good experience for me and my family. All personnel is very kind and in the restaurant the service is awesome.

Es un hotel pequeño, con pocas habitaciones, lo que permite que el staff pueda ser muy amable porque ubican a los huéspedes. La propiedad está a pie de la laguna, y es muy conveniente que tienen kayak y padel board. La comida es buena. Los masajes súper relajantes. No nos reconocieron como viajero VIP de Expedia. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo genial!

Highly recommended! Loved everything about it, from location, amenities, food, drinks, but most importantly the friendliness of all the staff!

Don’t think twice about clicking on and reserving at MÍA Hotel and Resort! Excellent location and service! Our little family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay. While the lagoon and location are absolutely breathtaking, it is the people that made our experience so memorable and wonderful; especially, Andrea “Gong” (Reception); Daniel, Angel and Manuel (Hunab Ku Servers); Ignacio (Pontoon Tour Guide); Alondra (Sip and Paint); and Leydi (Reception).
