“Serg’s place was comfortable and clean! It was a perfect location for me and my friends to stay while rock climbing in the Gunks. We did not feel cramped or unsafe and the complementary tea was a hit! One thing to note is that both of the beds were low to the ground (below knee level) so if someone has knee or back problems, it might be difficult to stand up out of bed. ”

“Property was beautiful. Room was fantastic. Bed was awesome. Close to town and plenty of things to do. Room was clean. The only thing missing was creamer for the coffee.”

“I had family in from out of town, I set up the rental for them, the house was clean, comfortable bed per my family, pots/pans basic kitchen needs available, dishwasher, coffee maker, second TV in the bedroom (I’ve found places that don’t have one and it wasn’t listed as such, and that is a big negative for me) I would recommend this place to others and I will utilize again when the need arises. ”

“Place was cute. The master bedroom was nice and comfortable. Didn’t cook on this trip but house had everything you would need. The little pond had frogs which were cute and we had a deer in the yard on the last morning which was fun to see. The hot water did smell like sulfur/rotten eggs but that seems common for this area. Angel responded very quickly when I had a question. This was very helpful. ”

“House is very nice, well kept and clean. One AC upstairs along with fans kept it plenty cool. Gaining initial access was WAY too complicated since you had to rely soley on app instead of receiving the code via text (since I was driving I couldn't access info ahead of time). Driveway could be better marked instead of sending google map link (see outside pic attached - it will be easier to identify you have the right place!). BUT, other than that the house is great, very comfortable, and in a……
