“I arrived after midnight. I was welcomed by a very nice and welcoming lady, I later found out she is security. “The only good things about this hotel are the location. It is located in the centre of Brno. The staff at the front desk is quite helpful. However, the hotel's maintenance and housekeeping services are awful.

“I loved everything about this hotel- it was first class and I am already looking forward to needing to stay there again soon !”
