“Nice room”

“This is a decent inexpensive motel. The room was clean. This motel needs a major refresh. The furniture finishes are worn in spots to bare wood and are scratched. Some of the woodwork had similar issues. The ceiling over the shower had a round spot of mold about the size of a dinner plate. It looked like it could have been caused by water dripping on ceiling from room above. The breakfast items were limited as was the coffee. The large coffee pot was empty but they did have a Keurig, so……

“Stayed one night for a baseball tournament. Room was just fine for our family of 4. Pool area was great! Breakfast was average. Overall, it was a good stay and would stay again if ever needed.”

The only problem was the phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call the front desk. The TV didn’t work so that’s why I had to use the phone. I want a refund. So I walked my lazy butt down to the front desk and watched how overworked the one person was. Since she was overworked, I waited for her to finish with other customers told her my problem we……
