“El apartamento estuvo impecable, Ewa Waszek estuvo siempre estuvo bien pendiente para lo que se preguntaba contestando muy rapido. La limpieza del lugar impecable con olor a limpio, el apartamento elegante y la habitacion comoda. El tren esta como a 5min del tren, hay supermarket como a 3min y lugares de comida. "We are family with 2 teenagers. It’s a nice hotel. Arnold served us in the front desk when we checked in around 1:30am. He was gentle and friendly. Help us to check in and told us the facilities in Hotel. Gave us a discount coupon for drinks in the lounge. Reminded us to call him if we needed any help. It’s a very good location. It takes 10-15 minutes tram to Brussel- Zuid or Brussel- Noord. Then we could go everywhere such as Ghent or Paris. Our room is a junior suite with Sauna. It’s very nice to have sauna in room. The room is spacious with soft bed and pillows We had sweet dreams for two nights. For the cleanliness, dusting the towel warmer and the sauna room then we could give 5 stars. Anyway, we will come again."
