“staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out,said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!”

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen, super modernes und sauberes Hotel in hervorragender Lage. Freundliches Personal und Kostenlose Heißgetränke den ganzen Tag. Das Bett war wirklich bequem und das Zimmer geräumig und ansprechend gestaltet. Allerdings haben wir unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, als sehr hellhörig empfunden. Die Zimmertür hat Geräusche der Haupttür und der Lobby durchgelassen. Dies hat unserem Aufenthalt jedoch keinen Dämpfer verpasst - wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“check-in 流程極差。check-in 使用線上，限制20點前要填資料繳費check-in 取得線上開門連結，不然就要提這行李罰站在大門口敲門沒人回、線上客服也不回應的狀態。線上checkin 還要填一堆資料跟信用卡付款稅。
早餐家庭式自助吧，補菜有點慢，該有的都有算豐富，基本上吃飽沒問題，口味ok，值不值得就見仁見智。
住宿就兩層樓沒有電梯，二樓要小扛行李，木地板晚上走路會比較大聲。
這次住豪華雙人房，房內 住宿沒什麼大問題，浴室整潔。有些房型還有小沙發算大的。”

最差的是服務，抱歉是沒有服務。
我致電前台，希望他們幫忙提供碗碟，他們說要我親自去前台領取，因為一些個人原因，我希望他們可以送上房間，我於英國時是完全沒有問題的，但服務員送給我時，用極差的語氣跟我說，如果還有下次的話，會收取我服務費（因為說的很急，我的事情也很急，沒仔細聽清價錢）。
我明白你們有工作制度，但也不能黑臉向客人發難吧，而且我也不是經常麻煩你，只是那一次，整個酒店體驗變得極差。
另外，酒店只適合自駕遊的人士，因為交通極之不便，公共交 通基本上一小時只有一班次。”

“There is no way the room is 20 sq m. It is tiny small. I think it is a cheating to mark the room size of 20 square m. The room is full of fancy stuffs but the quality of them are low. The only thing worth mentioning is the free use of laundry machines. Overall, if you are looking for a hotel with good quality room facilities, this is definitely not the one.”
