“The TV did not work, the shower did not work, the internet too slow to be useful at all, the sheets were ratty and the walls dirty.
The only good part was the staff. Everyone I met who worked there was VERY nice, helpful and personable.”

"My reservation through hotel.com is included one breakfast per day, however, the hotel charged my credit card usd 24.73 for two days breakfast, I recd the hotel bill after I left. I sent email on 11/11/2025 requesting for refund, but the hotel does not respond.
