“Arrived late for checkin around 10pm. You can't go inside. You have to stand outside and talk through a window. Was put into a room at the back, upstairs. Went in and the floor was rotted through under the carpet. The room REAKED. It was apparently a smoking room? Which i never requested. Stepped a few more feet in, and the fridge/microwave were both broken. Thats when we spotted the FIRST roach. Followed by dozens more. Dead and alive, in the beds, on the furniture, in the sink, crawling out of……

“I checked into this hotel last night and was bitten by bedbugs. I reported it to the front desk this morning and left photos of the evidence, the dead bedbugs, and a message for the manager. My skin is still red, swollen, and itchy. The hotel has yet to offer any explanation.”

“We asked for a room with an ocean view. Our room (suite) was on the second floor facing the dunes/ocean. I was greeted with a magnificent view of the ocean waves and the sun rising out of the water while I drank coffee comfortably from the couch in my room. It was just what I needed.”
