“it was perfect for a family, conveniently located 15min away from the centre by bus or 35min by walk, small fridge in the bedroom and en suite bathroom, a couple of small supermarkets 10min walking from the premises. Also for the price £60/night is a 5*. ”

Comfortable bed, great size room, lovely and quiet, good sleep, breakfast was good. Free parking. Bus stop to get all over Edinburgh and back, right across the road. For what I paid it was excellent. The view from our room (and even the toilet!) was one of the grand memories of our trip. Parking was in an enclosed area and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. You won't go wrong here!”
