“This home was clean and so comfortable! Furniture and beds are very comfy! Location couldn't be better. Access to the river is decent and caught a ton of fish! Love the carport as we had a couple of storms go through and our new truck was protected. Only 1 small request would make it top notch...replace the slow coffee pot with maybe a Keurig...would be wonderful! We will be back to stay here again soon! Thank you so much!!”

“We had an amazing time. House was great and location can’t be beat. Dock was awesome. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with every spice you could want! Also stocked with coffee, condiments, paper towels, toilet paper.”

“Amazing little place right on bank of the White River! If you have a guided trip, your guide may even pick you up feom the bank behind the house. Ours did! No negatives on the property at all! The river was up and in the yard but it didnt stop the browns from eating my flies feom the bank!”

“Property and home was beautiful, updated, and roomy! The ONLY complaint that i have is there are lights on the stairs you can’t turn off in one of the bedrooms. We just covered them with pillows at night. Silly little thing. Otherwise, it’s perfection!”

“Seeing this destination in person far exceeds what you think you are gonna get. The house was very cozy and quiet ,very spacious and the river was beautiful for fishing and swimming or just watching the mist roll down the river .all in all this has been my favorite stay i have booked for my family ”

“The house was perfect for our family. We loved the large open room. Kitchen had everything we needed. My favorite part was the patio and the beautiful view. I enjoyed my coffee out there every morning. My husbands favorite part, as odd as this sounds, was the driveway. It was in great shape and was well thought out. Making it easy for us to safely get on the busy road. We will be back!”

“Cotter Rock Cottage was clean and cozy. My husband and i came to Cotter to fish. We were very close to river fishing. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and seeing a herd of deer across the street. Highly recommend.”

“What a great beach house in a great location with a great owner super easy to work with !!!! Quiet and larger than the pictures show !!! One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed, which is amazing being on the beach !!!! If you can find the date you need book it !!”

“This is a great property, just as advertised. Everything was spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. Communications with Heather was quick and helpful. The pool was wonderful (we had a hard time getting my grandson out of it, I think he spent at least 5-6 hours a day in it). A lot of pool floats and toys on hand to use. Deer visited the backyard on a regular basis. Great places for food and drinks near by. We all had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property to everyone.”

“We loved the back deck and all the plants and wildlife we saw including deer, groundhog, lizards, and a huge woodpecker. This was a great value for a place for us to sleep and cook breakfast for a nearby family reunion. The owner was next door and resolved an issue immediately. Great stay.”
