“Gorgeous view and very affordable.”

“Not the best experience in my opinion. Booked the room for 2 nights. The guy that checked us in was kinda rude -not very welcoming- . The hotel walls are super thin so we were up most of the night due to the slamming doors in the hallway and the kids running around and what I assume is them moving furniture on the floor above us. Not a good nights sleep if you are a light sleeper. Ended up leaving a whole day early due to all the noise.”

“I like how they had make up wipes in the room. The room was spacious, the complimentary water was a plus. Room a/c was set at a really nice temperature. All in all is was a nice stay.”

“The room was very clean. Everything worked once they cleared up the issue with the room key not working, (technology is great when it works). Lol! The place didn’t exactly run like a well oiled machine, but the staff were all very pleasant to work with and seemed to work very hard to make you feel welcome and appreciated. I would definitely stay here again. The included with the room, continental breakfast was the same thing that you seem to get at every hotel that offers one. Again, very clean……

“THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME TRYING TO PAY FOR THE ROOM. I JUST ASSUMED THAT THEY HAD TAP TO PAY AND COULD USE MY PHONE BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE THAT SO I HAD TO REBOOK THE ROOM PAY ONLINE THEN IT WORKED. THEN THEY UPGRADED ME TO A NICER ROOM FOR THE HASSLE. IT WAS VERY KIND OF THEM. I WILL DEFINATLY STAY THERE AGAIN.”

“Water dripping from ceiling. LOUD A/C system prevented us from sleeping and got for 30 min then cold for 30 min. TV system not user friendly.”

“The toilet would not flush, room had not been cleaned. The television did not work. We were not offered another room. We didn’t end up staying. We drove back home.”

“Clean room. Clean building. Beautiful place. Excellent customer service. Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. Excellent everything!!!”

“The staff was pleasant and welcoming during our interactions. Our room was nice, but you could definitely tell it was previously used as a smoking room. The shower pressure was okay, and the pillows could use an upgrade. The floor/ceiling between the upper floors and lower floors is very thin, and you could hear the upstairs guests walking and running. The location is very central, which was nice. We were told the hotel is being updated soon with its purchase by Comfort Inn.”

“I find the owners and the managers were very pleasant inviting, and carried on a conversation so I would definitely recommend here in West Plains. You’ll love it plus their son looks like a well-known actor who played David in the David and Goliath movie handsome man, and you can tell he was reared right!”
