“It was exactly as described. The place was nice with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was nice and we enjoyed the little town. My only complaint was all the seaweed. It was in large piles all over the beach which made the beach in front of the place pretty useless. ”

“Excellent stay at La Joya, Caribbean Jewel! Very comfortable beds and furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking many meals. “Fabulous stay! The condo was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. The whole area felt safe, peaceful, and friendly, with plenty of convenient parking. We arrived late at night and had a little trouble spotting the ‘Nahil’ sign above the entrance, but we found it. The night guard, Alberto, was incredibly kind and helpful. The only downside to our entire trip had nothing to do with the condo or the area .....

“Akumal is a special town that I have visited for over 25 years. This was my first time staying at LaSerina. Such a lovely location. The courtyard gardens are full of beautiful tropical plants, and is beautifully maintained. There is a large lovely pool in the center of this courtyard. The condo was decorated in traditional Mexican decor with lots of nice personal touches. The staff were amazing. Would definitely stay here again.”
