“The condo was perfect! It is spacious, clean, and at a very convenient location for dive boat pick up, grocery shopping, and exploring the town! The hosts were amazing. They were very flexible with our check in and check out times and even left us a gift!”

“The view was amazing and always felt safe with 24hr security. The property was in a perfect location to the beach, shopping, Cozumel Ferry, and excursion pickups. ”

We didn't use the outside spaces due to the humidity but they were lovely.We had an issue with one of the toilets during our stay but this was resolved by the host within an hour of us notifying them. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
