“Beautiful house and lovely family. When I saw the room however, I asked the host to consider giving me a refund or a partial refund despite their policy. I rented for 3 nights and stayed zero minutes. The problem was, that the room felt too enclosed. The room is downstairs - I don't recall the room having windows... The Expedia/VRBO Listing shows pictures of the kitchen and the patio and the amenities you can use upstairs but when you walk up stairs and you see the family doing homework, you……

“I am taking the time to write a review which I dont normally do. Lets get to the good, the bad and the ugly. The good -Place is very clean and tidy and location good. -Beds comfortable and everything works well. -Internet works well The bad -The owner stays upstairs and you can hear her walking around and peeking through curtains throughout the stay. -You can't lock the door and the owner has said no key. This is a first in my 30 years of travel. -The narrow stairs where you walk to from……

“All in all a great experience, clear communication at all stages of booking and checking in . A small very tidy modern unit which suited our week long stay in Wellington. Handy to all services such as Queensgate Mall and bus and train station. Only a few minutes from Petone dinning options and experiences in Jacksons Street. On street parking was never a problem. Would certainly recommend and use this unit again.”
