Charming Condo in the Palm Valley Country Club – rare 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath home in one of the most sought-after clubs in Palm Desert. INDOORS The recently renovated unit and its decor offer a bright, fresh, modern experience. The kitchen has updated cabinets, appliances, countertops, and a small breakfast countertop for two, perfect for morning coffee. The dining area connects to the living room and features a dining table for six. The living room has ample seating, a 65-inch Smart TV, and a wet bar. It opens through large sliders to the outdoor patio, which offers amazing views of the golf course! OUTDOOR The wonderful patio includes a three-burner BBQ island and a dining table for six, making it perfect for outdoor dining. You can also stay warm on cooler nights next to a fire feature with sectional seating. Community pools and spas are located less than 300 feet from the unit. All guests have access to 46 community pools, the resort pool with swim lanes, the clubhouse, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, this unit features an Athletic and Racquet Sport Membership. For a nominal daily or weekly fee, guests have access to an exclusive fitness center, spa, and tennis/pickleball facilities. Feel free to ask for more information during the booking process. SLEEPING QUARTERS The main bedroom features a king bed, a ceiling fan, a 42-inch SmartTV, and a large updated main bath with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. There is also a small private patio located off the main bedroom, perfect for relaxing with a book. The guest bedroom offers a king bed, a large closet, a 46-inch SmartTV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The front guest bedroom has two twin beds, and a 46-inch SmartTV, and uses the hallway bath and shower. It's perfect for overnight guests. If you would like the twin beds converted to a King, please let us know before you arrive. THINGS TO DO! Palm Valley Country Club is located 4 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, 10 miles to Empire Polo Grounds (Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals), 18 minutes to the Living Desert, 25 minutes to Palm Springs Airport, 2.5 hours to San Diego, L.A. and Disneyland. We loved our stay at Palm Valley Country Club. This apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated and well-stocked. Everything we needed was there; toiletries, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels and cleaning supplies. The towels and bed sheets were crisp and clean. The property itself is beautiful with sunlight all day long on the patio, and a great view of the golf course and mountains behind. The AC was a little temperamental -- but the management team sent someone in very quickly to resolve. If you want to use the gym, ensure you ask the team to activate your guest passes ahead of your stay. It took us a while to get these organised.
