Beware of hidden fees: parking $5 per day. Rooms are small. No microwave in lobby. Motel located in convenient location . Spent two nights… I had noisy neighbors next door and right above . Rooms have to be updated and deep cleaned throughout. The room smells as if it has been closed for awhile. Will not be returning .

Stay was convenient. However, one major complain was neighbors. Very loud and disruptive. Started shouting and slamming noises, especially at night. Lots of homeless loitering around as well.

The front desk agent was partying with their friends in the lobby, yelling at friends in the parking lot. She was unhelpful and definitely unprofessional. Didn't offer any basic information, like how to get to room. Seemed more interested in getting back to friends who were banging on the back office door while she was checking me in. People were loitering around guest cars in the parking lot and acting suspicious. The hotel seems to be a place where young people (possibly under age) come to party. I would like to leave because the hotels feels unsafe.

Drug addicts everywhere and when we tried to check in mud in our first room was all over front door and inside so we had to complain and get another room they put us in 214 that was a decent room but I heard someone died outside my last night next to my room off fentanyl but front desk was awesome and very friendly and pool was clean it’s right in middle of downtown so it’s a good location

The beds were not as soft as we would prefer and a mini fridge would be nice since the hotel is in the desert, but we had a good stay and the room was clean.

Pool was too small and dirty for how many guests were there plus it was noisy. The property was dirty and it sounded like the people upstairs were bowling. Had to call the front desk and they did nothing about the noise complaints and then denied that we ever called to begin with.
