Palm Canyon had rooms dated to the 1960’s, price was way over-rated for service and facilities! They were trying to act like Hilton, but you can get your towels at the pool with Hilton unlike Palm Canyon. No signs around the building to direct you, and the hallways were full of dirty clothes and towels! No place for breakfast

Upon Check In the clerk was new. She was not trained and let me know it was her first day. She was very pleasant but manger should have been helping her. She sent us to wrong tower and wrong parking structure. We figured it after walking around in the rain. Also we were given the hard sales pitch for time share immediately after check in with 2 sales staff. We signed up and then returned shortly after we found our room to tell them we were not interested and visiting Plam Springs to see tennis. They charged me 40.00 for time share cancellation and I called that same evening to ask why I was charged and they said I would get a refund. I haven’t seen the refund yet. I will not stay here again.

On arrival after a 9 hour car drive I was stopped at the Concierge desk ‘to make sure I went into the right line at registration’. After 5” I was told I could pick any line. Then, I was told that SUV parking was sold out, and that the only dining place in the resort was closing in less than an hour. When I started to head back out the guy at Concierge stopped me to sell a condo tour. Very annoying.
