Pros: Can't think of anything.........................the location is great
Cons: Everything
Location: Palm Canyon is close...............so is the museum
I'd never stay there again.............the bed covers looked like they were 20 years old............I was afraid to get them close to my face

A ten second walk into the best part of downtown

Posted Jan 16, 2017
The hotel is clean and in a safe area just seconds from the best part of downtown Palm Springs. Room was comfortable and the only thing i would change is that the window didn't open. I would have liked some fresh air. I would stay here again.

Highly recommended

Behind main road so it's not so noisy but close to all main attractions. Grounds are beautiful and well secured. Room was a little tight but I reserved last minute. Highly recommend

Average Hotel

Posted Jan 10, 2017
Pros: average hotel close to downtown
Cons: Staff be trained in hospitality business how a friendly and nice hotel benefits everyone. A lot of of minor maintenance required like changing light b
Location: Downtown Palm springs
Room assigned to Expedia was at the back by the vending machines and where the staff take their brakes. They charge a resort fee but you have to travel to another location 1 mile away to use a private gym, also the in room wi fi is very poor. The staff is not that friendly considering it is a private hotel and not part of a change. Its a good location but there is construction nearby.

Great location, close to all shops and restaurants

Posted Dec 23, 2016
Charmaine at front desk was warm and welcoming after my 400 mile drive to Palm Springs. I was very comfortable at this hotel and the location is great, with everything within easy walking distance. I will stay there again on my next visit!

Great location, staff, gardens, patio, bedding and matress. Picked sun ripened grapefruit off tree outside our door for breakfast every morning!

Great Location.

Posted Dec 14, 2016
Pros: Location
Cons: The condition of the rooms.
Location: The location was great right downtown. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance as was a casino.
The location was great but our room disappointed us. The room was large but was in need of updating. The ceiling had been patched in several places and it was very visible. It was like third rate contractors repaired it. The bathroom was also very old. The shower head was old and disgusting as were the walls and counters. The closet doors were hard to open and close. I felt like I might pull them right out of their tracks. All in all we got what we paid for, we had a decent rate compared to other name brand hotels in the area.

Close to downtown activities.

Posted Dec 7, 2016
Pros: Location! Room was ok and maid service good. The grounds were in very good condition.
Cons: Update the room appearance . Have a comfortable chair to sit in. Staff could have asked me if room was acceptable since i stayed 1 week.
Location: Walking distance to many restuarants and activities---site seeing, trails, driving in the mountains and desert.
Received excellent service from various restuarants and had easy access to highways to get to other cities. Palm Springs caters to tourists whether it be walking, biking, or adventures in and around the area.

Loud construction across the street

Posted Dec 7, 2016
We like this hotel because it is very close to everything. However there was a huge building next door under construction. Each morning we woke up at 6:30 to loud pounding and men yelling. Make sure to request a room far from construction.
