Palm Springs visit April 2024
Our overall impression of the property is very favourable. The unit was very clean. The furnishing were comfortable and obviously a lot of thought had gone into colours. The decor is modern and fit very well in the unit giving the space an airy feel. We cooked at home farly frequently and found the unit well stocked and all appliances functioned well. Being within walking distance to Trader Joe's and Von's for groceries was very handy. And...there are great hiking trails nearby. We would definitely rent that unit again. Grady was a friendly and helpful host. And, did we mention it was really clean.

Everything we were looking for in Palm Springs
My husband and I spent a month in Palm Springs to check it out as a possible retirement destination. We were so pleased with the unit. It was sparkling clean when we arrived and had wonderful decor reflecting Palm Springs. The kitchen had more than enough glassware, dishes and cookware. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the spacious patio and the grill. We found the community welcoming, appreciated how close the tennis and pickleball courts were and loved that the hot tub was actually hot. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is perfectly located for us. The unit was wonderfully furnished with modern decor. The unit was so well stocked. It even had tennis rackets and balls, pickle ball rackets and balls. Grady is always very available and helpful. He answers phone calls and texts promptly.

Perfect retreat in Palm Springs
This property was perfect for us. Instead of a large condo complex , we found a friendly two story ring of condos facing lawn and a pool and hot tub . There’s a Pickleball court to the side and our condo was a mid-century modern delight. We plan to return for two weeks next time.

Our favorite rental ever.
This space was just remarkable. It was spotless. Decorated beautifully. The location was perfect, the pool area was gorgeous, and the neighbors were kind. We loved every detail about our stay, and our stay was really about the details…anything we needed was already there. The kitchen was impressively stocked. Lots of storage. The bed was so so comfortable. This was a 10/10 stay and we can’t wait to come back!

Great Condo, everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable break. Good location a very nice on site pool and a very quiet area. Condo has been finished to a very high standard with comfortable and quality furnishings, the only minus from us, the air conditioning is a little noisy but you soon get used to it. Overall we had a great time.

Perfect for a long term stay
We enjoyed the modern accommodations which were new and clean. The terrace was wonderful for morning tea and working as views are so pretty and seating very comfortable. Afternoon sun hits the terrace but we would rather be by the pool. Kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and barbecue was perfect. Closeness to demuth park for group Pickleball but property also has 2 tennis courts with the Pickleball lines. Vons supermarket was very close. Just all very comfortable and convenient. We stayed 9 nights but could have stayed much longer.

Perfect getaway in Palm Springs
Beautifully decorated apartment that was clean and stocked with EVERYTHING we needed for our Coachella + golf week! Also a great location for hiking trails and visiting Joshua Tree. The pool was perfect for the 95+ degree weather during our stay. One and only downside was that the universal remote didn’t work properly so we couldn’t use the huge 65” TV to unwind at the end of the day.

Golf Getaway
This property is exceptional. The decor is fresh and fun. The condo is stocked with everything you need. It is immaculate. The second full bathroom is a bonus! We weren’t expecting that and it was very convenient. The property is quiet and the patio is private. When we checked in, the property manager met us to go through some helpful hints and he gave us great restaurant ideas. We will be back!!

This unit is everything you would hope it would be! Decorated beautifully in full mid century modern, every detail was on point! Beautiful patio to watch gorgeous sunsets. Spacious, clean apartment near shopping
Lovely one-bedroom apartment. Spacious and clean. Decorated tastefully a-la mid-century modern. Comfortable king-size bed. The guest bathroom is a bonus. Everything you need to cook with. Nice balcony with a view to the pool and the surrounding mountains. Courteous and helpful agent who greeted us. The BBQ was missing and it was replaced toute-suite with a new Weber model. Near Trader Joe's, Vons, and Ralphs for groceries. Walgreens not too far. As well as other shopping. Great location for heading down 111 to the other Coachella Valley communities (Rancho Mirage, Palm Dessert, La Quinta).

Great Desert Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palm Canyon Villas. The unit is well appointed and tastefully decorated. It was fully stocked with supplies and was very clean. Our host Grady met with us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. The community is very welcoming. The grounds are attractive and well kept. We especially enjoyed the fruit from the orange and grapefruit trees! We can't wait to return for another desert vacation.
