“The condo is clean, but in need of some TLC. Upon entering you see cute decor, but dirty walls that need painting. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken and couldn’t be closed, so the sun came blazing into the room in the morning. We ended up going to Sam’s Club and buying extra pillows because there were only two pillows per bed and they were very flat.”

“The gated community was quiet and well maintained. It felt safe as there was 24 hour guard at the front gate. The main pool was really nice although there were some parts that felt a bit run down (cracked tiles, old dirty lounge cushions). Overall it was clean and spacious. Plenty of cabanas and lounge chairs with umbrellas. We forgot our pool float one night and it was there at the lost and found the next day when we went searching for it. “This home is perfect for rest and relaxation. It’s walking distance to old town La Quinta. We love this area. Jacuzzi and pool were perfect. This hold had everything we needed. We stocked. We were given the opportunity to stay an extra day, and we did. We will be back”

“Beautifully decorated, well maintained, fully stocked VRBO. We've stayed in many VRBO's over the years and this one may have been the best - clearly professionally run. Although small square footage, it has absolutely everything needed - and maybe even a little more. It is steps from the pool so be prepared for some foot traffic and music, but windows and doors are heavy and insulated. It's close to shopping, golfing, resort amenities close by.
