“Once we figured out the AC, it was perfect. Parking out front is easier then out back but it was a great stay. Close to Dreamland BBQ and accommodated my family and in-laws perfectly. Made our baseball trip very comfortable and relaxing! Will definitely be back.”

The parking is in a secure lot, but you do need the owner to let you in and out, which can be a bit inconvenient depending on your schedule.We did run into an issue with the pullout couch not having sheets or a comforter the first night, so the three of us had to share the queen bed. “The unit itself was very nice…our issue was with the AC. It is controlled by the manager/owner. The guests aren’t allowed to move the AC below 70 degrees. We keep our ac at 67 at home. That’s our preference. So I asked for that and was met with rude answers and they basically questioned me and said they’ve never had anyone be hot. If I’d know the guests don’t have control of the AC I would not have stayed there. We had the groom and groomsmen staying there for the wedding and no one slept well……
